Electric motor is placed across output diagonally opposite pair of junctions. At corresponding input signals, device provides making of motor counter-emf current through two ON power transistors and inherent resistance of power source which shorts out motor armature winding. provision of one control circuit for two power transistors which are ON under stationary duty reduces power losses.
