FIELD: pulse devices, analog-to-digital converters, digital-to-analog converters. SUBSTANCE: device has bridge-circuit commutator having four gates, bipolar power supply having middle tap, grounded load and current two-pole, which has first and second transistors having one type of conductance and third transistor having another type of conductance. In addition device has three resistors and reference stabilizing diode. Device may be used for generator of current pulses with either positive or negative polarity, which amplitude values are equal and are determined by characteristics of current two-pole.
