SUBSTANCE: voltage-to-frequency changer has integrator built around operational amplifier with capacitor in feedback circuit, capacitor discharge switch, two comparators of unlike-polarity operating thresholds built around operational amplifiers, dynamic positive-feedback, circuits, and threshold setting circuits whose outputs are connected through OR gate to control input of capacitor discharge switch, and two switches whose control inputs are connected to comparator outputs and outputs are connected to integrator summing point; in addition, it is provided with two resistors inserted between control inputs of switches and respective inputs of comparator amplifiers.
