SUBSTANCE: power supply has single-ended reversing converter built around power transformer, integrated assemblies of family 286 EPZ, rectifier diodes, and ripple capacitor filters for unlike- polarity channels; it also has trigger unit and control circuit set up of balanced delta voltage generator, reference- voltage source, comparison unit, comparator, and preamplifier; voltage across output channels is stabilized by regulating voltage across one of secondary windings (instrument winding} of power transformer; trigger unit is built around multivibrator-and-self-excited-oscillator unit and chopper; control circuit has integrated assemblies supplied with power from power transformer secondary windings; balanced delta voltage generator is designed so as to ensure converter isolation, synchronizing, and matching its frequency with that of master oscillator made in the form of power supply pulse voltage source; reference-voltage source functions to ensure temperature stability to limit input power during initial starting.
