Working member is kinematically coupled with electric drive by means of attachment units. Device has flexible members and eccentric lock. Frame has roller arrangement to provide its movement. Housing has hopper with cover connected with housing. Axis of one of attachment units of working member is square to hopper cover. Central angle of spiral is 90-135 degrees.
