FIELD: milling and mixing processes. SUBSTANCE: the apparatus has processing chamber with charging and discharging devices and driven agitator. It is provided at least with one additional actuator mounted over the agitator. The additional actuator is made in the form of bent bow-shaped screw-type helix. The ends of the helix are attached to the support shafts. Zones of entrapment of particles of the material processed by the working member are directed towards the working members of the agitator. Angle α =0-90^° between the planes passing through the axes of rotation of the working members vary within 0 to 90 degrees. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 11 cl, 15 dwg
