There is diffuser 5 in chamber 4. Diffuser 5 is formed by inclined plates which are parallel to walls of the chamber and connected by V-shaped members 10. Angle of slope of members 10 is 10-40 deg. less than angle of slope of the plates. As a result, intensity of pulsations may be distributed uniformly along the surface of the riddle.
