FIELD: natural minerals dressing.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a dressing complex, that is dealt with the field of dressing of the natural minerals from ores and placers. The complex contains a chamber of jigging with sublattice and overlattice sections, a movable screen with elastic seats, a vibrating device, a system of feeding of sublattice waters. Sections of the preliminary supersonic treatment, electromagnetic separation and demagnetization are installed in front of the chamber of jigging. The disaggregation surface is installed at an angle to the supersonic vibrators, an intermediate-guiding surface is installed above branch of the demagnetization section and the elastic seats of the movable screen are installed on the side of the sublattice section. The complex also is supplied with the gauges of measuring a degree of dispersion and a controller of a ripple amplitude. The invention increases efficiency of process of dressing of valuable minerals from ores and placers.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of valuable minerals dressing process.
