SUBSTANCE: glaze has, wt.-%: silica (SiO2) 43.34-44.45; aluminium oxide (Al2O3) 6.36-6.46; ferric oxide (Fe2O3) 4.05-4.58; calcium oxide (CaO) 10-30-11.32; magnesium oxide (MgO) 1.57-1.63; sodium oxide (Na2O) 3.89-3.93; potassium oxide (K2O) 1.17-1.19; boron oxide (B2O3) 21.29-22.10; zinc oxide (ZnO) 0.43-0.48; chrome oxide (Cr2O3) 0.28-0.37; copper oxide (CuO) 2.20-2.48; ferrous (II) oxide (FeO) 0.08-0.10; nickel oxide (NiO) 0.14-0.16; titanium oxide (TiO2) 0.05-0.07; barium oxide (BaO) 2.14-2.24; sulfur (III) oxide (SO3) 0.54-0.61. Glaze properties: range of coating melting on is 850-950 C, luster is 75-79%, TCLE is TCLE·10-7 deg-1 63,9-65,7.
