FIELD: manufacture of coating for ceramic tiles. SUBSTANCE: the glaze comprises (wt % ): 5.0-7.0 aluminium oxide; 1.0-2.0 ferric oxide; 21.3-21.9 boron oxide; 1.7-2.0 chromium oxide; 13.0-14.5 calcium oxide; 2.2-3.0 copper oxide; 3.0-4.0 sodium oxide; 1.3-2.1 potassium oxide; 0.1-0.2 titanium oxide; 0.09- 0.13 magnesium oxide; 0.14-0.3 barium oxide; 2.0-2.8 manganese oxide; 0.9-1.5 nickel oxide; and silicon oxide, the balance.
