SUBSTANCE: stand includes foundation, immovable and movable platforms, and roller bearings installed on platform, bearing drive mechanism, and mechanism for loading of working members. Immovable and movable platforms are arranged in pairs. Each pair is congruent relative to adjacent pairs. Bearings are installed on carriages movable relative to platforms. Movable platforms are hinged with their one end to immovable bearings, and with their other end they are connected to vertical motion mechanism. Working member loading mechanisms are connected to ends of splined shafts of last but one section of mills and provided with regulated throttle valve installed in pressure part of closed hydraulic system, and safety valve.
