SUBSTANCE: method of converting the alternating voltage into the constant one lies in obtaining the threshold voltage as a result of comparing the input voltage and the addition with the standard voltage with the further comparison of the obtained threshold voltage with the input one, in forming the constant voltage of the logical unit during the period when the input voltage is more than the threshold one and the voltage of the logical zero during the period when the input voltage is less than the threshold one with the filtration of the direct component which eliminates the influence of the delay of the signal shaped as a result of comparison relative to the input one on the conversion result.
