A C GENERATOR Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

Abstract RU 2025025 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: A.C. generator has magnetic circuit of stator with armature winding, bearing shields, rotor with pole system and excitation winding, rectifier units. The latter have buses of negative and positive polarity. Diodes are located on heteropolar buses of horse shoe shape. Rectifier units are ganged up one to another and are attached to bearing shield. Like phase current carrying buses of units are coupled with contact bolts. These units can have symmetric design or mirror reflection. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency and reliability. 5 cl, 6 dwg
