FIELD: electric engineering, in particular, alternating current generators with built-in voltage regulators for cars. SUBSTANCE: device has induction generator, which driving shaft carries rotor with excitation winding, voltage regulator and brush holder with brushes. Voltage regulator has two terminals which are used for connection of excitation winding and are located at lower surface of regulator housing. In addition voltage regulator has terminals which are used for connection to earth, are located at upper surface of regulator housing and are designed as holes for screws which mount unit of regulator and brush holder to generator. Regulator is designed as cover of brush holder. EFFECT: simplified design, decreased number of mounting members. 3 cl, 3 dwg
