FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method for injection by means of jet injector consists in that force spring of trigger mechanism is cocked, simultaneously, injector hydraulic cylinder is filled with liquid preparation, cock for compressed air supply is opened to pneumatic nozzle of injector and to pneumatic trigger valve. Then injector is installed on patient body by means of support of pneumatic nozzle. In this event, jet kinematic energy of compressed air flowing from pneumatic nozzle presses patient body surface from pneumatic and hydraulic nozzles and, simultaneously, contracts surface blood vessels. After this, trigger bottom is used to open pneumatic trigger valve and compressed air is fed to pneumatic cylinder; piston in this cylinder is moved to act with it on piston of hydraulic mechanism. In this case, potential energy of compressed spring is converted into kinematic energy of jet of liquid preparation displaced from hydraulic cylinder through hydraulic nozzle which is located inside pneumatic nozzle.
