FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has working cylinder with piston and nozzle, pneumatic cylinder with force pneumatic piston and gas distribution unit for inlet of compressed air delivering it to the pneumatic cylinder and discharging the waste air into the atmosphere. To reduce noise and to increase usage convenience, the gas distribution unit is designed as reverse valve and start button which saddle is placed with a gap relative to the reverse valve.
