FIELD: portable tools. SUBSTANCE: torque from motor is transmitted to spindles through shaft, drive gear wheel 4, intermediate gear wheels 9 and 11 and driven wheels 13 and 16. As soon as tightening torque exceeds the braking torque of the clutch, intermediate gear wheels 9 and 11 start rolling over driven wheels 13 and 16. Carrier 5 turns and throws intermediate gear wheels 10 and 12 into engagement with driven wheels 15 and 18. At this moment, intermediate gear wheels having disengaged from driven wheels 13 and 16 discontinue transmission of the torque to carrier 5.
