FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: part 1 to be marked is placed in longitudinal groove of carriage 4. Then sector 12 is set in rotary motion. Stamps 6 being embedded into part 1 carry it together with spring-loaded carriage 4. As a result, required mark is left on the flat surface of the part due to alternate embedding of marks into its body. After stamps 6 of sector 12 get disengaged from the part, pusher 7 catches it and takes it off the device in way of rotation of sector 12. As a result, the part falls into container and carriage 4 returns to initial position. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 2 dwg
