FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: device for dumping and loading of a skip comprising a support frame with body has an inclined bottom, and walls. Front wall is movable relative to side ones and has catches. Springs attached to the skip frame are deformed by wall when it is in the lower position relative to the body. After dumping the skip, said springs come to initial position and provide for forming a pocket in the lower part of the skip when it is lowered into the shaft. EFFECT: improved design. 3 dwg
