SUBSTANCE: device for loading and unloading of skip has frame with body 1 which has side walls fixed on frame and connected by rear wall and inclined bottom, front wall made for displacement relative to side walls, and loading arrangement 10. Front wall is made of flexible material. Grips secured longitudinal edges of front wall are in meshing with side wall members. Grips are brought in contact with side wall members at loading under action of drum 8 located at loading station and released at unloading by means of rollers installed at unloading station.
