FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: opening with a countersink is drilled in one of the parts to be jointed. An anchor member is made up of a rivet with the countersunk cone head. Parameters of the head correspond to parameters of the countersink of the opening. Oval opening for the rivet with grate axis being directed along a load applied to the joint is produced. The rivet with the rod whose diameter is equal to the smaller axis of the oval is inserted in the opening. The rivet is clinched, and axial opening is then drilled within it, and the opening is threaded. A block of the parts is assembled with the part to be joint being positioned from the side of the countersunk head of the rivet. The block is tensioned with a screw by screwing it in the rivet from the side of the part to be jointed. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of joining. 6 dwg
