FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: to obtain positive effect, the device is provided with hollow screw with threads on its outer and inner surfaces of different direction. One thread is used for engagement with the body and other, with the differential screw. Gearing is provided with additional drum with counting scale for interaction with the vernier of the first drum. Differential screw has two coaxial holes of different diameters; device for locking the hollow screw relative to the differential one is made in form of adjusting screw and intermediate element which is engageable with the collet and adjusting screw.
