FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear comprises screw and nut. The threaded parts of the screw and nut are made of a ferromagnetic material. The nut is provided with a passage for supplying compressed fluid from an external source to the radial space defined by the first aerostatic bearings. The gear is provided with the differential nut interposed between the nut and screw. The differential nut is provided with threads of different pitch on the outer and inner sides. The thread on the outer side engages the nut, and the thread on the inner side engages the screw. The grooves of the thread of the differential nut is filled with a solid nonmagnetic material. The parts of the thread made of ferromagnetic materials are provided on the inner and outer sides of the magnetic circuits and represents discontinuous screw lines. The faces of the magnetic conductors face each other. The ring permanent magnet whose magnetization axis is oriented along the axis of the screw. The second aerostatic bearings are set in the recesses of the magnetic circuits inside the differential nut at its end and define radial space between the screw and differential nut. The through by-pass in the body of the differential nut is used for supplying compressed fluid from the space between the nut and differential nut to the radial space between the screw and differential nut.
EFFECT: enhanced precision and reduced sizes.
