FIELD: secondary electric power sources. SUBSTANCE: method provides high static accuracy of fast operation pulse voltage stabilizer due to forming pulses, controlling a control member in dependance upon an error signal integral. Influence of the error signal integral upon quantity of transient characteristics is eliminated by selection of coefficient Kζ of signal amplification and by limiting a range of possible change of summed signal integral. The summed signal is being formed by adding a signal, proportional to a current of a capacitor of DLC-filter and multiplied by a coefficient 1/C, and the error signal, multiplied by a coefficient Kζ.
