FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine is comprised of frame with successively installed subsurface tool and shredder made in the form of superposed upper and lower drums, each having an axle with cutting members, the lower drum being offset backward from rear edge of subsurface tool, and soil-packing mechanism. Drum cutting members are flat discs. Said discs are installed on upper drum at an angle to its axle, said angle being equal and opposite to setting angle of lower drum discs to its axle. Subsurface tool is equipped with a means for moving it along the frame. Besides, drums have a speed adjusting mechanism. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 3 dwg
