FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting tracts and subsurface loosening of soil layer in vertical planes. Cutting tracts is performed across the direction of the device movement at the top of the soil. Then breaking the sod layer is carried out. After breaking the sod layer roots of plant residues are combed out with vertical deep loosening. Depth of loosening exceeds the depth of transverse cutting tracts of soil. The device contains a frame with the working joint connections. Working joint connections which are cutting, breaking and loosening, are made in the form of drums arranged one after another. The cutting drum is equipped with plated. The breaking drum is equipped with bars fixed perpendicular to its surface. The plates and rods are placed along the forming outer surface drums, radially relative to their axis of rotation. The loosening drum is equipped with teeth-plows. The breaking and loosening drums are kinematically connected by chain drives with the cutting drum with a coefficient of transfer which is equal to n=(2÷3).
EFFECT: invention enables to improve the quality of tillage, erosion resistance and soil fertility.
