FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in stepwise cutting-out of cutaneo-subcutaneo-fascial grafts in lateral and medial surfaces of shin, removing grafts to completely uncover muscles, suturing wounds, carrying out radically total fascioectomy and subtotal lipoectomy by additionally dissecting across posterior surface of shim. Disclosed method further prescribes radically removing fibrotic fascia of extremity and subtotally withdrawing subcutaneous fat via three accesses, across anterior-lateral, medial and posterior surfaces of shim, and trapezoidally recessing incisions relative to muscles at angle of 110 to 140 deg in both directions when molding grafts. EFFECT: lower rate of relapses of elephantiasis owing to radically totally removing fibrotically affected fascia and subtotally removing fibrotic subcutaneous fat by method of economic linear dermolipofascoectomy. 1 tbl
