SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with carrying out operations upon cervical lymph system at cerebral and cervical tumors. One should remove lymph nodes and fiber of anterior-lateral cervical surface in the following borders: at the top - horizontal mandibular branch, inferior pole of parotid salivary gland, from the bottom - clavicle, medially - the middle line of the neck, laterally - anterior edge of trapezoid muscle, at removing inferior pole of parotid gland, submandibular salivary gland at keeping nodding muscle, internal jugular vein, supplementary nerve. Moreover, scalene muscles are being the bottom of the wound. One should fulfill linear incision in oblique direction from the top of mastoid process along posterior edge of nodding muscle in its upper third at transition in median third onto its anterior edge and then downwards up to the site of fixation towards the sternum. Simultaneously, it is necessary to dissect skin, subcutaneous-fatty fiber, subcutaneous muscle and fascial sheath of nodding muscle. Then wound edges should be separated in median and lateral directions. Moreover, one should form a cutaneous-subcutaneous-platysmal fragment and lateral cutaneous-subcutaneous-platysmal one at including the nodding muscle. The innovation enables to improve functional and esthetic results of operations upon cervical lymph system due to providing the chance for applying intracutaneous suture, decreasing cicatrisation after operation due to keeping the bond of anterior surface of nodding muscle and lateral fragment, keep natural lymph outflow, decrease lymphorrhea in post-surgical period.
