FIELD: biological decontamination of dust discharge. SUBSTANCE: sprayer has flexible conical perforated baffle in which inner concentric cones are disposed these cones being made from fan-like located cards. The cones are located so that their adjacent cards have sections superimposed on those of the preceding cone. The cards of the inner cone have projections extending along its generatrices. The outer cone is made from conductive material and connected with a source of commercial-frequency alternate current. EFFECT: higher efficiency of process, pollution-free product. 4 dwg
