FIELD: space engineering. SUBSTANCE: orbital space complex has inner revolving tore unit 2, outer fixed tore unit 1, connecting galleries 3 and central shaft 4. Galleries 3 are made in form of two closed loops located in perpendicular planes and made in form of tunnels embracing inner tore 1; they are rigidly connected with outer tore 2 and are brought in communication with it. Central shaft 4 has two fixed compartments 7 and 9 which are connected with gallery 3 and center revolving compartment 8 which is connected with inner tore 1. Cabin 13 mounted in shaft 4 is movable between compartments 7 and 9 and is brought in communication with these compartments. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 3 dwg
