FIELD: metallurgical industry. SUBSTANCE: method for control of pelletizing process in pan granulator includes control of batch consumption and yield of quality standardized pellets. When the yield deviates from the preset value a signal is sent to computer which depending on the preliminarily set relationship between capacity from point of batch supply for maximum yield of preset size class of quality standardized pellets sends the control signal to motor moving the conveyer which carries out charging of batch. After conveyer setting to required point check is accomplished of pellet average size and results are compared with the current value. Then, signal is sent to change the pan rotation speed or its angle of inclination. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg, 2 tbl
