FIELD: road building and repairing. SUBSTANCE: earth-moving and transportation machine has hydromechanical transmission with two wheels and hydraulic cylinders coupled with wheels. Like spaces of hydraulic cylinders are hydraulically coupled. With support wheel 8 extended to right or left from machine centreline, beam turns and second part 3 turns through an angle relative to second wheel 29 of hydromechanical transmission. This causes relative displacement of movable parts of hydraulic cylinder 30 and, consequently, hydraulic cylinder 19, as like spaces of hydraulic cylinders are hydraulically coupled. Hydraulic cylinder 19 turns shaft on which axle of support wheel 8 is mounted and wheel is set in working position. Position of support wheel, with beam extended relative to machine longitudinal plane is corrected automatically, simultaneously with turning of beam which makes unnecessary hand setting of wheel.
