FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: plant has raising pipe line 1 which is connected with accumulating hopper 2. Accumulating hopper 2 is brought in communication with thermosiphon 4 of the atomic power station by means of connecting pipe line 3. Thermosiphon 4 has steam generator 5, condenser 6, heating battery 7 of the thermal distiller, outer heat-insulated and intermediate pipe-shaped housings 8 and 9 which are mounted coaxially outside steam generator 5 forming external and internal circular chambers 10 and 11. Chamber 10 is brought in communication with connecting pipe line 3. Chamber 11 is brought in communication with condenser 6. Heating battery 7 is mounted in internal circular chamber 11 and is brought in communication with steam generator 5 by means of heating steam pipe line 12. Pressure differential in raising pipe line 1 is effected through evaporation of sea water accumulating hopper 2 in thermosiphon 4. Heating battery 7 ensures distilling of sea water due to which no scale is formed in steam generator 5. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
