FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: phase and zero electrodes are arranged in a housing. The phase electrodes are fixed to the bottom and connected with a tree-phase circuit. The zero electrodes are mounted for permitting vertical displacement by a drive and electrically connected with the housing. An injector, which are coupled with the outlet of the pipe line for supplying water, is situated inside the phase electrode under the zero electrode. There are swirlers in the boiler. Each swirler is received within a ring space between the electrodes above the injector. A radial passage for ejecting water from the housing is provided on the side of each phase electrode. The side of each zero electrode, which faces inner side of the phase electrode, has screw cutting above the swirler. The openings for discharging steam are made in the hollows of the cuttings. The tops of the projections have flat chamferings. The boiler includes a steam heater connected to the three-phase circuit. The heater is positioned under a branch pipe for discharging steam above the screw cuttings. A perforated baffle, which is arranged above the screw cuttings, can be mounted inside the housing and rigidly secured to the housing. Th zero electrodes provided on the side above the baffle have additional openings for discharging steam. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 2 dwg
