FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: modulator incorporates generator 1 of voltage of carrier frequency, controlled generator 2 of saw-tooth voltage, inverting amplifier 3, flip-flop 4, two two-channel commutators 5, 6 and two comparators 7, 8. Two identical width-modulated signals intershifted by 180 electrical degree which are formed from alternating signals composed of one period of saw-tooth voltage and one period of inverted signal of saw-tooth voltage are formed across output of modulator.
