FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes mechanically freeing corpse bone of soft tissues, marrow and periosteum, treating it with disinfecting solution, subjecting it to immunological treatment by known method, enclosing bone in sterile envelope, encapsulating it with heat-insulating material to make inner shell, allowing shell to solidify, placing bone in bowl made of solid plastic, encapsulating bowl by molten plastic, and then allowing it to set to form external shell. For better preservation, this method prescribes subjecting space about bone to vacuum treatment or filling it with gaseous preservative. EFFECT: longer life and fitness for transplantation during five years minimum.
