FIELD: separation of phases. SUBSTANCE: method for automatic control of suspension filtering on continuous filters includes measurement overflow rate of each vacuum filter, upper and lower values of level in donor vessel, and ranges of average values of flow rates of supply suspension corresponding to the level and limit lower level in donor vessel are set. Values of setting of level stabilization system in bath of each vacuum filter are corrected by level stabilization system in bath of each vacuum filter are corrected by level in donor vessel for same value. When level in donor vessel reaches its upper level and preset range of supply suspension flow rate, additional vacuum filter is engaged. When the lever reaches lower value and preset range of flow rate of supply suspension, stooped is filter whose average value of overflow suspension flow rate exceeds overflow rate of other filters. When suspension level in donor vessel drops down to limit level, stooped is vacuum filter with larger overflow flow rate irrespective of supply flow rate of donor vessel.
