FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: device has a roller radial tenons of front portion of which are made in the form of a truncated pyramid, a diameter of rear cylindrical portion of the roller exceeding height of the truncated pyramid as much 5-7 times and the ratio of lengths of the front and rear portions of roller being of 0.8-1.0. The front portions of rollers are made to be composite in the form of alternating disks being in contact with each other through an elastic member with controllable press force mounted on the axis. Each next disk disposed behind the disk with radial tenons in the form of a truncated pyramid has lateral ribs of trapezoidal shape and rotatably and axially movable relative to the axis, the other disk being movable only along the axis.
