FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: molding device is made in the form of two sectors fixed on the horizontal shaft mounted in the supports of the vertical stands of the portal. The two sectors carry thickening rolls and are placed between them. The carriage is made in the shape of a lever the lower end of which is hard-mounted to the cantilevered end of the shaft. The lower part of each sector has a smoothing out arched board fastened to it by means of the adjusting fixture. One of the sectors has on its side a fixed arched rack, a pinion freely mounted on the shaft and interacting with the rack and a sprocket kinematically connected by the thickening rolls by means of the chain gear. The mold has a semi-circular configuration with the upper horizontal edge fastened to the portal. The edge length corresponds to the length of the molding device. EFFECT: enhanced quality of molding the trough articles with the method of rolled products. 3 dwg
