FIELD: astronautics. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to control over angular position of spacecraft. Spacecraft is rotated with respect to oriented axis. Torque is removed when rotational speed achieves predetermined value. Rotational speed is taken in this case by direct measurement or indirectly via kinematic moments of electric flywheel, motors located in plane of oriented axis. Correspondence of present power consumption to preset value is determined and if it exceeds the preset value electric flywheel motors are unloaded. Present power consumption is judged by information on gyroscopic moment or by information on periodic duration ratio of cutting on of electric flywheel motors. EFFECT: enhanced precision and reduced power consumption.
