METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE PROCESS OF STREAM WASHING OF PARTS Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: washing of parts. SUBSTANCE: method involves locating device with parts into stream washing bath; connecting stream forming members with washing liquid source; directing washing liquid streams onto part surface for time period providing high-quality washing of parts; discharging washing liquid contaminated with basic component from stream washing bath. Method is characterized in that measurement of concentration of basic contaminating component in discharged flow of washing liquid is effectuated. Besides, measured current value of concentration of basic contaminating substance on parts or in subsequent bath is compared with set permissible value. Results of comparison are used to control the process of feeding washing liquid into stream forming members and discharge of washing liquid as well time of dipping concentration sensor into washing liquid. EFFECT: adequate consumption of washing liquid, increased reliability of stream washing quality control and wider operational capabilities. 3 cl, 2 dwg
