OPERATIONAL MODULE FOR DISCHARGES GALVANOCHEMICAL MACHINING OF PARTS ON SUSPENDERS Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: electrochemical facing of parts. SUBSTANCE: proposed module for dischargeless galvanochemical machining of parts can be used both in the mix of automated electrochemical facing lines and in individual autonomous plants adjusted to specific operation with utilization of unheated (cold) electrolytes in processing baths (for zinc plating, cadmium plating, pyrophosphate copper plating, etching, etc). Well-known operational module for dischargeless galvanochemical machining of parts on suspenders includes following items arranged in technological succession: bath of galvanochemical machining with overflow pipe, two baths of jet flushing with overflow pipes and jet formers, bath of washing by submersion with overflow pipe, pump mounted across inlet of pipe-line connected to bath, deep-cleaning filter of flushing water, collector of fouled diluted electrolyte with pipe-line and pump mounted across its outlet, collector of contaminated water whose inlet is connected by overflow pipe to bath of washing by submersion and whose outlet is linked to another pipe-line with pump mounted across its inlet, tank of concentration and separation of fractions of electrolyte connected by its second outlet to collector of desalinated water. First bath of jet flushing is connected by discharge pipe-line to collector of fouled diluted electrolyte and second bath of jet flushing is connected by discharge pipe-line to collector of contaminated water. Module is fitted with collector of purified electrolyte with two pumps and proper pipe-lines, two devices controlling head of jets of flushing fluid, collector of purified water with pump and pipe-line, source of compressed air, actuator to feed compressed air, two devices to feed fluid along two directions, two filters for cleaning of contaminated electrolyte and water from impurities and/or associate products of machining and some new connections of pipe-lines and couplings in structure of module. EFFECT: reduced energy consumption, expanded functional-technological capabilities, increased quality of flushing and of whole process of galvanochemical machining. 4 cl, 1 dwg
