FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: device has chamber connected with evacuation system and provided with contrivance for plasma processing. To process material with low density, for example, gauze, guiding rollers are mounted according to "loop-in-loop" order. Electrodes of plasma processing system are disposed in internal spaces of any double loop. In this case active particles of plasma pass through material under processing due to openings available in the material. In order to process material with higher density when active particles of plasma can not pass through material as they are caught by surface layer of the material, it is desired that material under processing would be turned to electrodes with its face side every time. As a result, only face side of the material is processed. EFFECT: reduced power consumption; improved efficiency. 1 dwg
