FIELD: electric drives for mechanisms. SUBSTANCE: housing of the motor is partially filled with fluid. Blade rotor and electrodes coupled to a pulse power source are positioned within the housing. The rotor has two stages. The stages are coupled with each other through a conical nozzle. The blades has streamlined profile, are directed along the tangent to the cylindric surface, and are oppositely directed on the stages. The electrodes are positioned in the space of the first stage and coupled to the pulse power source through a thyristor circuit. The circuit has charge shaper made up of a rod secured to an insulating plug-holder, and electric discharger. The housing is filled with electrolyte up to a level which is higher than position of the top blades of the rotor. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 dwg
