FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: clutch-brake has coaxially mounted driving and driven clutch part and electromagnet with interposed between them. The electromagnet has a core and is positioned on the same shaft as the driving clutch part. The shaft is two-stepped. The grater step of the shaft is provided with the driven clutch part and armature. The armature is constructed as a disk with the hub mounted on the shaft trough balls. The core is mounted on the shaft and fixed in periphery direction with bushing arranged concentrically and bearings. The bushing and driven clutch part have face cogs mated with each other.
