FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a magnetic cutout clutch. Electromagnetic multi-plate clutch provides drive coupling in the form of a axis with the driving plate mounted on it, driving half coupling in the form of a drum with the clutch disc mounted on the drum of driving electromagnet set in it and driving spring. Exciting coil is set coaxially with the drive shaft. Clutch and driving discs are mounted within a capability of movable slipping on splines or/and housings. Splined bush is installed on the shaft with the axial movement possibility. Splined bush is connected with the electromagnet armature in the form of a tubing head adaptor across plain thrust bearing located inside the coil. Pressure-exerting washer is installed at the sleeve across the threads, effecting the adjacent disc. The specified thread is adapted to support efforts to increase frictional contact disks created by the pressure-exerting washer at clutch slip. The driving spring is installed around the sleeve and one end is fixed to the pressure-exerting washer and the second on the sleeve.
EFFECT: increased torque value transmitted by the coupling and increased reliability.
