FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: principle of operation of the device is based upon changing of value of emf induced in windings which are mounted at the edge of rest ring at rotation of rotor when contaminants are deposited onto its internal surface. Critical mass of the contaminant doesn't allow to rotor to "emerge" and compensate initial space between bushing, which is provided with permanent magnets, and rest ring.
