FIELD: line protective devices. SUBSTANCE: two jumpers protruding into plane of breaking of turning contact lever are formed in prechute on internal side surfaces; jumpers are in tight contact with contact system along buses up to stack of arcing plates. In addition, separate posts almost uniformly distributed and lifting from base of side surfaces are provided between jumpers which interact with jumpers to afford narrow side direction of switching arc. Gas pressure built up in front of moving arc can be suppressed within flow ducts between posts. Prechute manufactured according to invention can be used to advantage for arcing chutes of protective line circuit breakers of compact design. EFFECT: enlarged functional capability. 10 cl, 4 dwg
