FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: brush gear has brush fixed with lever mounted for rotation on shaft and spring memeber actuating brush-lever assembly and having its end secured in brush holder; clamp is mounted on butt end of brush-lever assembly to pass section of spiral spring with tightly arranged turns developed in C-like manner so that its convex part is opposite in respect to brush; loose end of this spering rolled up rests on brush-lever assembly. Provision is made for using clamp in the form of hook-like bend embracing rolled-up portion of spring. Hook-like bend may be provided with side walls built integral with side walls of clamp and lever. EFFECT: provision for permanent brush pressure, hight vibration stability, redured wear of brush installed in brush gear and fixed with lever. 3 cl, 5 dwg
