FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has voltage regulator 12 mounted onto vessel-carrier 1; input of voltage regulator 12 is connected to vessel electric network 3, and output is connected to the primary winding of step-up transformer 20; the first inductance-capacitive converter 2 which has input connected to the secondary winding of step-up transformer, and output is connected with one end of line for communication with underwater apparatus 5. Main propulsion motors 14 of underwater apparatus and consumers 11, which operate from time to time, are connected in series together and brought into communication line in series with input of the second inductance-capacitive converter 9. Output of the latter is connected to primary winding of step-down transformer 21 which has output connected with secondary power supplies 10. Voltage regulator has two thyristors 15 and 16 connected in parallel opposing, system 17 for controlling switching of thyristors and phase shift set-point device 18 which is connected with input of system 17. EFFECT: reduced weight and sizes of the system; improved power; eliminated overvoltages. 9 cl, 1 dwg
